Liability Waiver & Release (Required for Participation)

Assumption of Risk

I understand that baseball, softball, strength training, conditioning, and all athletic activities involve inherent risks, including the risk of injury. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation at Kennard Sports Hub.

Release of Liability

I release and hold harmless Kennard Sports Hub, its owners, coaches, trainers, and staff from any liability for injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur before, during, or after participation. This includes injuries resulting from facility use, equipment use, player contact, and normal athletic activity. I understand Kennard Sports Hub is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

Medical Responsibility

I acknowledge that Kennard Sports Hub does not provide medical insurance. I am responsible for my own medical coverage. In the event of an emergency, I authorize staff to contact EMS or seek medical care as needed. I accept full financial responsibility for any treatment.

Team Use (If Applicable)

If signing or registering as part of a team, I confirm all players have parent/guardian permission, and I understand this waiver applies to all players, coaches, and participants connected to the team.

Media Consent

I understand photos or videos may be taken during activities for training or promotional purposes. Kennard Sports Hub may use this content on its website or social platforms. I may request removal of specific content at any time.

Acknowledgement & Agreement

By submitting, registering, or participating, I confirm that I have read and agree to this waiver, that I voluntarily assume all risks, that I release Kennard Sports Hub from liability, and that I agree to all terms listed above.
